Services and Fees

  • Initial Intake 60m $175

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and lay the foundation for our work together. We’ll spend time exploring your story—looking at your life experiences, current challenges, and hopes for the future—through a holistic biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessment. Together, we’ll identify your goals and talk through different approaches and modalities that can support your healing. By the end of this session, we’ll create a clear, collaborative plan so you feel supported and know the steps we’ll take together to help you move toward the changes you’re seeking.

  • Individual Therapy 60m $140

For adolescents ages 14-17 and adults of all ages, 18+

Individual therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and discover new ways of navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, sadness, or simply seeking personal growth, our sessions focus on what matters most to you—helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater balance and confidence.

  • Couples/Family Therapy 60m $160

Couples therapy creates a supportive space for partners to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Whether you’re navigating conflict, healing from past hurts, or simply wanting to deepen your bond, our sessions focus on building understanding and trust so you can move forward as a stronger, more connected team.

    **Kink and poly-friendly.

Please note: Couples/family therapy is only offered to self-pay clients at this time.

  • Clinical Supervision 60m $100 individual/$70 group

Clinical supervision offers therapist trainees a supportive space to grow in confidence, skill, and professional identity. Together, we’ll reflect on your clinical work, explore challenges, and celebrate successes while grounding our conversations in ethics, theory, and practical tools. My goal is to create a collaborative and encouraging environment where you feel guided—not judged—as you strengthen your skills, deepen your self-awareness, and develop your unique voice as a therapist.

  • Professional Consultation $100 individual/$70 group

Professional consultation provides a collaborative space for mental health professionals to gain fresh perspective, explore complex cases, and receive support around clinical or practice-related challenges. Whether you’re seeking guidance with treatment planning, ethical concerns, or navigating the demands of private practice, consultation offers both insight and encouragement. My aim is to create a collegial and nonjudgmental environment where we can think through challenges together, strengthen your confidence, and support your growth as a clinician.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Formal)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, skills-based approach that helps people find balance between acceptance and change. In our work together, you’ll learn practical tools for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and navigating life’s challenges with greater resilience. DBT is especially helpful if you’ve felt stuck in cycles of overwhelm or struggle, and it offers both support and concrete strategies to help you create the life you want.

Includes one hour of skills training and one hour of individual processing per week, as well as phone coaching as needed between sessions. $100 for 60m skills training, $150 for 60m individual processing, $50 per 15m coaching call.

Diagram titled 'The Green Bottle' illustrating levels of financial independence, with three bottles representing different financial states and descriptions of each, from basic needs met to no expendable income.

The Green Bottle Method allows clients to choose a price point that reflects their personal financial circumstances. Sliding scale pricing is rooted in the belief that access to healing should not be limited by financial resources alone. Here’s how the scale works:

Top End of the Scale: Full Price

If you can comfortably meet all your basic needs (as symbolized by a full bottle) and have the ability to invest in your desires without much concern for necessities, the full price may be the most suitable option for you. This tier reflects the true cost of my work, skills, and energy I bring to each session. Choosing this option also allows you to support others who may not have the same financial privilege.

Middle Range Cost

If you’re in a position where you have a steady income but may be working towards financial goals like reducing debt or building savings, this middle range may be more appropriate. You are able to meet your basic needs, though you may still be navigating some financial challenges. This option acknowledges your situation while still supporting the value of my work.

Lower End of the Scale

For those whose economic circumstances would otherwise prevent them from accessing the services and experiences offered, a lower-cost option is available. If you find yourself frequently concerned about meeting your basic needs (such as food, housing, medical care, or childcare), this option is for you. This tier exists because I believe deeply in making this therapy accessible to everyone – regardless of financial situation or status.
